Project Coordinator

Nebb is seeking for a motivated and experienced person with a strong grasp on skills in project administration and organization, to join our team in Skopje, Macedonia.

Requirements for the position:
Work description

• Coordinate projects at a group level and discuss regularly with project managers and other stakeholders, including end customers.
• Follow up on project budgets, plans, costs, resources and reporting, ensuring projects meet business and financial targets.
• Project management of smaller projects, reporting to a department manager or project chief. Answering to the end customer.
• Independently create standardised reports in a reporting tool for use with project reporting.
• Improve and document business processes and work to improve organisational efficiency.
• Support project managers, engineers and account managers.
• Support in sales processes, proposals, procurement, document control and billing.
• Take part in the marketing team and contribute to content and campaigns.
• Assist with other office tasks when required.

Required skills

• Highly skilled in written and oral English, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office as an experienced user, as well as Project Management tools, e.g. the ERP-system Maconomy.
• Ability to learn and use a Business Intelligence reporting tool, e.g. SAP Business Objects, to create reports.
• Trustworthy, responsible and accurate character with great initiative and a proactive nature.
• Previous experience in project management or project coordination.
• Completed degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with inbound marketing and online advertising. (Optional)
