About this Position

An ERP Functional Consultant & Delivery Manager is a key member in teams executing E-Business projects. (S)he possesses general business-process knowhow, understands in depth the functionalities of software-systems employed to solve customers’ operational problems, and coordinates with our development teams. As such (s)he plays a pivotal role in the success of projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Understand business-scenarios of customers.
• Break-down projects into work-packages to be implemented by developers.
• Propose solutions to customer problems based on industry best-practices.
• Enforce timely delivery of projects to customers.
• Enforce quality output.

Prerequisites

• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to explain problems and .
• Ability to relate to customer’s mindset, his real-world scenarios on a case-by-case-basis.
• Ability to steer developers to produce excellent end-product.

Education, Personality

• Technical degree in a field related to Information Technology or Engineering
• Appreciation for the world of business.
• Logical thinker.
