ByteWorx and its subsidiary WildBytes are developing financial market web software solutions for banks and brokers.
The clients are mostly located in the german speaking D-A-CH region but also some projects reach out up to the United states.
The service and product portfolio includes financial portal solutions as well as trading simulations, stock contests and financial charts.
The goal is to build up a international team of high qualified developers, project managers, testers, requirements engineers and designers.
Applying for a job also means that for 2-3 times a year traveling and coworking to Germany will be needed.
A fluent spoken and written English language is needed for the job, any experience in German language is welcome.
Your job:
You work independently and responsibly, at all stages of product development, in the quality assurance of our products & projects. You are responsible for the implementation and optimization of automated tests and test concepts. You are involved in test planning, test case preparation and test execution. You are responsible for the methodical preparation and maintenance of test plans
You lead and accompany the continuous development and improvement of internal quality tools and processes. You are actively involved in the innovation process for the further development of our product.
You work hand-on with the test execution.
We expect:
Completed studies (FH, university) of computer science, mathematics and / or comparable IT-training or practical professional experience in the field of software testing Practical experience in the preparation of specific test case descriptions and tests
Experience in test automation Experience with quality management and test automation tools (eg selenium) Passion for the topic of software quality and analysis
Open-mindedness for new technologies as well as learning pleasure Very good German language skills and good English skills Basic programming skills
High quality awareness
Interest in topics of finance
Independent, self-responsible, structured work and teamwork
An ISTQB Certified Tester or other certification in test processes is an advantage
