Reporting Analyst

The Company

Clikdaq provides development, data and marketing services to UK clients Tau Marketing Services (TMS) and Digital Adventures (DA).

The role

Both TMS and DA collate high volumes of data on a day to day basis. In order to maximise the use of this data, both businesses produce a wide range of reports and are constantly building new ones, that enable the business to produce high quality analysis and make good marketing decisions. This role will be supporting this capability.

Responsibilities

Reporting and Data communication:
Ensure that reports are updated accurately and on time in accordance to the company’s reporting requirements
Build new ad-hoc reports from ticketed requests when required and develop visualisations that best describe KPI trends
Manage the storage and archiving of reports in a clear and coherent structure
Develop SQL skills and assist in the migration of excel reports into our Data Science environment (BigQuery + Mode)
Work with Marketing to build a system to record when and what campaigns are being executed (campaign calendar)
Data analysis:
Understand the businesses KPIs and how they contribute to driving gross profit for the business
Develop an understanding of the relationship between KPIs and how they affect each other
Understand what marketing operations are contributing to KPI change.
Review KPI performance and highlight trends to the relevant KPI owner
Make campaign recommendations to the relevant KPI owner based on insight via email summary or ad-hoc reports.
QA & Operations:
Be responsible for website and revenue QA and alert team members of any urgent performance issues, e.g.
High spend without FTDs
Broken links
Registration / Deposit Failures
Use project management tools to detail all reporting related requests, including:
New report additions
Visualisation
Analysis
Provide the request owner with regular updates of progress
Delegate suitable tasks to reporting assistants
Attend a weekly 1-2-1 meetings with your line manager
Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Intelligence with the ability and desire to learn and adapt quickly
Team player, good interpersonal relations, highly motivated, passionate for quality
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow (and develop) processes and procedures
Strong English language skills
