Role Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, document and execute test scenarios and test cases and implement test automation suites/scripts according to the test strategy;
- Creating, maintaining and updating automation test scripts and test framework;
- Perform document analysis to identify possible non conformities between requirements and software (including technical documentation);
- Analyze requirements and specifications to determine test scenarios and test cases;
- Understand the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery;
- Troubleshoot problems and narrow down problem areas;
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the quality of the products;
- Client communication
Mandatory skills:
- Experience in automation testing (WebDriver – JavaScrip);
- Experience in Web testing;
- Experience in API testing;
- Good knowledge of the software testing lifecycle (system testing, system integration testing, UAT, OAT);
- Experience in functional and non-functional testing, usability and reliability testing;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to details;
- Ability to understand business processes;
- Very good written and spoken English skills
Desirable skills:
- Experience with Protractor;
- Page Object model;
- Knowledge of Jasmine development framework and NodeJS (as an asynchronous event driven JavaScript runtime);
- Wide use of testing tools (Jira/Zephyr, Bugzilla/ Mantis, Test Link / Testopia etc.);
- Familiar with Agile (Scrum) delivery process;
- ISTQB Certification
