• Responsibilities:
  Acting as lead Android and IOS developer in a given application
  Working closely with international team of designers
  Design and implement in-house or outsource mobile applications
  Collaborate with product managers and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features
  Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
  Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
  Working with the front end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features
  Optimizing performance for the apps
  Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies
  Work with presenting concepts and ideas for clients
  Lead and contribute to technical requirements, architecture, and help drive UX / design direction
  Get into the weeds and do effective programming under deadlines when necessary
  Provide estimates for projects based upon technical and business requirements
  Plan and execute development releases within a waterfall and agile process

• Qualifications:
  2+ years recent Android and/or iOS development experience
  Ability to create beautiful and highly-responsive UIs
  Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
  Comfortable with Git, Agile development, and TDD
  Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills
  Strong analytical, tactical, organizational and administrative skills
  Creative problem solver
  A passion for continuous improvement
  Willing to do whatever it takes to achieve reasonable customer objectives
  Excellent English written and speaking skills
