1. GENERAL STIPULATIONS
1.1 Job title: Learning Content Developer, IT Department
1.2 Subordinates to (superior’s function): Director, Country Manager, Team Leader
1.3 Learning Content Developer is hired and dismissed from his/her function according with the active Work Legislation of Macedonia and at the Director’s command.
1.4 Required experience and studies:
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Preferably in instructional design, multimedia design, educational technology, or a related topic;
• You amaze us with your ability to understand, create and communicate learning concepts quickly and accurately;
• You exceed in innovative and conceptual thinking, and have exquisite analytical and problem-solving skills;
• You are a true team player. Great achievements are always the result of a great collaboration;
• To you, flexibility is not a question mark, but an exclamation point
• You speak and write English fluently;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• You take initiative: don’t procrastinate, but act;
• You are able to translate technical ideas that are difficult for the average reader to understand into simple language;
• You are interested in technology based learning;
• Your skills in Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Adapt Authoring Tool are a plus;
• A good understanding of Learning Management Systems and SCORM standards will gain you some bonus points.
1.5 Learning Content Developer must respect:
• Active legislation of Macedonia;
• Company’s internal regulation;
• Company’s internal procedures and instructions;
• Director’s, country Manager and Team leader’s commands and indications;

1.6 Notions:

1.7 The Learning Content Developer must protect the company’s or client’s confidential information and process it accurately.
2.OBLIGATIONS
2.1 The Learning Content Developer has the obligation to:
I. Obey the internal company guidelines and regulation.
II. Main tasks are:
• You use your excellent analytical skills to analyse, design and develop effective and engaging courses that meet the audience’s needs.
• You work together closely with SME’s.
• You apply tested instructional design theories, practices and methods.
• You develop innovative, creative concepts and strategies that include (but are not limited to) simulations, scenario-based learnings, web-based tutorials and job aids.
• You manage the process of content creation from start till end:
o Design the content;
o Script the content;
o Prepare interactions and test items;
o Source audio-visual assets;
o Oversee the building of the content;
o Test and refine the content.
• You carefully test, proofread and edit your own work, to ensure all training deliverables are consistent, easy to understand and well-organized.
• You are always looking for ways to improve the overall quality, technical functionalities, readability, consistency and effectiveness of our courses.
• You enthusiastically develop and edit course media (audio, video and graphics).
Support & Solutions Center MK delivers services to ___. From that point of view, the Learning Content Developer will:
• Assist in migration project „Implementation of new Elearning environment” for ___:
o in short term existing courses are migrated;
o in the long term, learning paths for the staff are elaborated.
Together with the Learning Content Development Team in Belgium, build on the success of the new learning environment by contributing actively in these plans.
• Contributing to: curriculum design.
Training will be provided and traveling to Belgium may be required.
