SunWireless / StadiaConnect is HIRING: General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Successful implementation of company policies

·         Ensure that the operation of the organization meets the expectations of its clients, Board and investors

·         Identify, assess, and inform the Board of Directors of internal and external issues that affect the organization

·         Provide the Board with comprehensive, regular reports on the revenues and expenditure of the organization

·         Represent the organization to the public and business partners

·         Maintaining a dialogue between employees and the Board

·         Management of the company finances

THE JOB REQUIRES:

·         University degree in economics, management, finance, marketing or related fields

·         At least 3 years work experience, with managerial experience preferred

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·         An understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques

·         Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Willingness to be flexible, versatile and tolerant
