BICC Data Steward

Function:

You will be working for the systems department of BU Consumer Goods and Industry. This department developed and keeps developing its own WMS ( Warehouse Management System)
S party of the BICC ( business intelligence competence center) , your focus is on the DataWareHouse that collects the data provided by the WMS databases of different all over the world.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and acquiring new data sources
• Creating and maintaining consistent reference data and master data definitions
• Publishing relevant data to appropriate users in an organization, and monitoring the published data sources for usage/relevance/quality feedback
• Crating and managing business metadata for published data sources to ensure that it is easily discoverable, and meaningful to information workers
• Resolving data integrity issues across stakeholders
• Analyzing data for quality and reconciling data issues
Profile:
• Experience in Data Warehousing is a plus
• Experience in (ensuring) 100% data accuracy is a plus
• Experience in working with Qlikview software is a plus
• University degree or equal by experience
• Strong analytical mind-set
• Fluent in written and spoken English
