As a BL Developer, you will be working for the global IT department. More specific for the Business Unite (BU) of Cinsumer Goods and Industry. This BU developed and keeps developing its own in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS). A DataWareHouse collects the data provided by the WMS databases of different customers all over the world.
Your team will take care of this DWH. It requires using technologies of SQL-Server and SSIS, and Qlikview to create reports in the DWH.
Your tasks will be:
Technical Bl activities:
• Plug in new operations/customer in our DWH
• Investigate problems that exist in our DWH
• Solving problems: software bugs, performance issues, ETL upload errors
• Develop queries for complex calculations
• Write ETL-code
• Creating reports in Qlikview
• Build up knowledge base and optimize procedures
Candidate profile:
• You have Bachelor/Master degree in computer applications or equal by experience
• A first work experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Strong analytical mind-set
• You are interested in the Bl-world
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Fast learner
