Responsibilities:

  • Team up with our clients, stakeholders and managers to turn specs into meaningful, usable solutions
  • Collaborate with developers and testers
  • Conduct a well-structured, iterative design process – quick prototyping, interactive mockups and finally provide fine-tuned design
  • Develop user interaction flows
  • Establish design templates and guidelines for maintaining design consistency
  • Research current design trends
  • Be able to code your own designs, using semantic HTML5, CSS and any UI framework

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years experience as a UX & UI Web Designer
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of projects business goals, product roadmaps and user insights to translate into clear UX priorities
  • Good grasp of responsive / mobile-first design principles
  • Experience in working in an agile environment and the ability to adapt quickly
  • Proficient with Adobe Products or comparable design tools
  • Experience in working with wireframing tools
  • Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS)
