We are looking for a results driven Sales Associate for Lynx.Press to be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet clients expectations.
Responsibilities – Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media – Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns – Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs – Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services – Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data – Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service – “Go the extra mile” to drive sales – Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences – Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service – Build productive trust relationships with customers
Requirements – Proven working experience as sales associate – Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices – Proficiency in English, German or French – Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements – Track record of over-achieving sales quota – Solid communication and interpersonal skills – Fast learner and passion for sales – Self-motivated with a results-driven approach – High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
