Solaborate is a startup social networking company and is seeking for a dynamic, self-starter person for the position Marketing/PR Manager. Someone who can successfully grow within the organization, who can focus, collaborate and are dedicated to excellence. General Purpose To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet Company objectives.

The role includes developing marketing campaigns to promote company service or idea, effective management of the marketing, planning, advertising, public relations, organizing events, research, promotional activities of the company and implementing marketing plan changes as needed. The work is often challenging, varied and exciting.

Responsibilities:
• Growth Hacking
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
• Determine, prepare and manage the marketing plans and budgets.
• Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.
• Liaison with media and advertising
• Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings
• Composing and creating press releases, newsletters, flyers, posters, video concept and ideas
• Managing the production of marketing materials receipt and distribution, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and videos.
• Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan and executing.
•Managing all press activity and pro-active PR campaigns to maximize media coverage through editorial, listings and advertising.
• Overall responsibility for the Solaborate website, its content and use of emarketing.
• Supporting and managing a marketing team.

Required Skills and Experience
• University degree in Marketing or business- related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in marketing management position.
• Experience in all aspects of developing and executing marketing strategies, concepts and practices to meet company objectives.
• Super creative
• Experience managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel.
• Strong project management & performance measurement skills.
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing plan and strategies.
• Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, marketing presentations and negotiating with media
• Technical marketing skills.
• Proven experience in customer and market research.
• Relevant product and industry knowledge.
• Experience with relevant software applications.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
• Fluency in English Key Competencies
