Role Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products while mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end features for web applications.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional applications.
• Lead architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for existing and new applications.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (5+ years).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in back-end development using languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
• Experience with databases, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Knowledge of API design and development (RESTful or GraphQL).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
