About the role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic and UI/UX Designer to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-centric designs for our product. As a Graphic and UI/UX Designer on our team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the visual and interactive aspects of our platform, enhancing the overall user experience.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate them into intuitive design solutions, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
Responsibilities
– Collaborate closely with marketing manager, developers, and fellow designers to gather insights and define design requirements for new features and enhancements.
– Create user-centred designs, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that effectively translate user needs into seamless and visually appealing experiences.
– Design visually compelling graphics, icons, and visual elements that enhance the overall look and feel of the platform.
– Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design deliverables.
– Create and edit marketing materials, including promotional banners, advertisements, and social media graphics.
– Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary assets and guidance.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, poker gaming, and user behavior.
– Develop a deep understanding of the poker industry and its nuances to design interfaces that resonate with players’ expectations.
– Incorporate feedback from usability testing, player feedback, and design reviews to refine and improve designs iteratively.
– Create and edit marketing materials, including promotional banners, advertisements, and social media graphics.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or any relevant field.
– 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, including web and app interfaces.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
– Strong understanding of poker gameplay mechanics, terminology, and player psychology.
– Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
– Solid grasp of information architecture, usability principles, and interaction design.
– Knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, etc.) to facilitate effective communication with developers.
– Excellent communication skills to effectively present and discuss design decisions and concepts.
