Join our team of search and selection consultants. Due to the increased scope of work and our ambitious plans we are eager to share with you at our first meeting, we are looking for a new colleague who will work independently on IT recruitment/search and selection projects.

Apart from ITClass segment, which is focused on the search and selection of hard-to-get developers and IT experts within the EU, our segments include FirstClass – search and selection for executive and hard-to-fill professional roles, FirstClass HR consulting services , BusinessClass educational-vocational program, and FirstClass M&A global tech acqui-hire segment.
- Managing the entire search and selection project cycle for multiple positions at a time.
- Consult clients on how to find, attract and retain great employees.
- Actively expanding your network of business contacts,
- Nurturing relationships with the existing network of qualified active and passive candidates.
- Working closely with the whole support team (sourcing specialists, marketing team, office management team, etc.).
- Keeping up to date with job portals, social networks and platforms, with the aim of finding talent and,
- Planning, creating and publishing job descriptions and advertisements.

- Has a wide business network and knows the market very well.

- Well-versed in the field of employment in IT, which means that you understand the concepts: programming languages, technologies, positions, companies, database tools, user experience, testing, development, etc.
- Has experience from agencies / HR services in an (IT) company / is a technical candidate who wants to shift to search and selection.

Our conditions we can hardly let go off:
- At least 4 years of experience in search and selection, at least two of those focused on IT/tech profiles.
- Proven experience with selection practices, interviewing and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of relevant technology (MS Office package, CRM, ATS, advanced web search, etc.).
- Enthusiasm for the latest technologies in the field of search and selection (eg AI tools) and monitoring trends in this field.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Education on at least VI./2 level.
- Desire to work in a dynamic, relaxed and professional team.
Who will hardly be successful in this position?
- Someone who was last in closer contact with IT personnel more than 5-10 years ago or never at all.
- If a dynamic and fast-paced environment and often short deadlines cause you stress.
- Someone for whom the number of hours worked is much more important than the results.
