Junior IT Recruiter

Matrix global, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 11,000 professionals, is looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:

∙ Supporting the entire recruitment process;

∙ Managing all channels for candidate sourcing, including direct advertising, and pro-active headhunting;

∙ Coordinating and conducting telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, playing an active role in the candidate selection process;

∙ Providing application and interview feedback to candidates;

∙ Responding to candidate and hiring manager queries;

∙ Taking an active part in the employer branding activities;

∙ Organize and participate in our initiatives and events;

∙ Creation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc .;

∙ Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the results of the campaigns.

Skills/Competencies Required:

∙ Excellent oral and written communication in English;

∙ Excellent computer skills in MS Office;

∙ Interest in acquiring knowledge and experience in recruitment;

∙ Team player with excellent communication skills;

∙ Good prioritization and organizational skills;

∙ Can-do approach;

∙ Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager;

∙ Creativity and desire to work and gain new skills;

∙ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on the assigned tasks.

Advantages:
