The E2E Product Owner is the person in charge of defining and owning the backlog for one of the E2E Services. You will work alongside the owners of the other services and with the Government of the whole E2E Services initiative.
The Product Owner responsibilities include gathering requirements and functional specifications, convert them into epics and user stories and work with the team toward the development and execution phases. Owner should also be able to regularly update the company on the status and the vision of the Service.
To be successful as an Owner, you should be able to actively and autonomously manage the results of the assigned team and contribute to the global, long term end-to-end vision of the initiative.
Analyze feedback from multiples sources (projects, stakeholders, internal team, etc) to shape requirements and features.
Develop the roadmap in line with the overall Services vision and emerging priorities
Suggest and implement ways to track KPI and mechanisms to improve visibility
Collaborate with stakeholders during the vision and concept development of the Services.

Lead, manage and grow the Subject Matter Experts allocated to your team.
Support the recruitment of new team members, ensuring effective onboarding of new hires
Translates roadmap features into well-defined requirements including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned Service, balancing the requirements of stakeholders (projects, innovation, and technical team)
Serve as the Service ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
Work to ensure that Management, Marketing and Sales have what they need to be successful
Support Project teams to properly use the service maximising the value for clients and the return of investment
Organise delivery of the service and ensure best practices and SLA will be respected.
