We are looking to hire an experienced Product Owner, to join our team in Skopje and perform the following duties:
❯ Define a product from scratch
❯ Apply your product management skills through the full product lifecycle; from idea, generation through to launch and performance analysis
❯ Operate strategically but deliver day-to-day value to the business as we scale
❯ Be one of a few decision-makers in how the product is going to look
❯ Create business requirements that define the product vision, what we are building and why
❯ Work with the design and development teams
❯ Work closely with development to turn requirements into product
❯ Be responsible for feature prioritization and scope management
❯ Engage with the senior management to fully understand their pains & gains
❯ Provide input into building the product roadmap
❯ Deliver continuous improvements to the existing product
❯ Proactively engage with the management to keep them informed of progression.
❯ Attendance and risk mitigation in development daily
❯ Track the progress of the sprint
❯ Answering developers questions on implementation and problem solving
❯ Writing user stories/tasks/epics that will be clear to business and developers
❯ Prioritize Backlog tasks according to Product vision and roadmap
❯ Liaising between developers, product and other stakeholders
❯ Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new
Skill and experience:
❯ 2+ years of experience in IT product management
❯ Strong communication skills and positive attitude
❯ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
❯ The ability to effectively collaborate with various teams, providing the most useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner
❯ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
❯ Enthusiasm to learn and solve problems
❯ Responsible and team-oriented person.
As an advantage will be considered:
