Purpose of the Job
As a Sales Manager you will lead the efforts for accelerating sales growth, expanding the customer footprint across territory assigned. You will be responsible for the creation of innovative approach, merchandising and operational improvement, and will manage relevant priority Go-to-Market plays.
· Defining the opportunities and goals within the portfolio of accounts
· Identifying key business opportunities for the territory and managing toward a growth plan
· Leading the definition of the success criteria and understanding the business need within a changing business environment
· Analyzing territory trends, diagnosing the root cause of performance, and creating an actionable plan for improvement
· Generating business insights based on internal BI and competitive, market, and industry reports
· Adapting company and developing local sales strategy focused on new business growth
· Leading drive and managing opportunities for the strategic technology pillar/s of Telelink Business Services
· Providing feedback as “Voice of the Field” for feeding improvements to operational reporting; processing best practices back to the Leadership team.
What you need to possess
· Professional experience within Business-to-Business sales environment
· Experience in sales of complex products and/or solutions is highly preferred
· Ability to build effective commercial partnerships to anticipate business needs
· Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to interact with both business and technical people
· Adaptability and persistence to perform in a highly dynamic environment
· English language proficiency, driving license
