Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide support to our sales team and respond to potential clients queries. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should contribute to creating and maintaining good client relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

 

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be:

  • Qualifying inbound leads
  • Providing potential clients support by assisting with sales processes
  • Managing potential client accounts in Salesforce
  • Entering and tracking data in Salesforce
  • Creating different types of reports for the sales team
  • Generating leads and outreach
  • Working with our sales and customer success teams to create and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure our sales team is on board
  • Identifying if an improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
  • Working from 12PM to 8PM (CET)

 

We’re looking for:

  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business or Marketing or a degree in a relevant field will be a plus
  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-growing company
  • Working knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce) and data analysis,
  • Proficiency with G Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to potential client satisfaction
  • Passionate and dedicated to helping build this brand from the ground up
    Someone who can keep up with our dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and potential client service practices
