We grew 404% in 2020 and are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join our expanding international Tech Team.

Key responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team
- Assess opportunities for application and process improvement
- Collaborate with other software developers, project managers, CTO and key stakeholders
- Direct line management of up to 10 team members
- Accountability for team performance
- Support the recruitment process – interview and assess candidates.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC
- Strong MS SQL skills
- Strong knowledge of current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
- Experience with React.js
- Familiarity with Windows Forms
- Familiarity with the Bootstrap framework
- Problem-solving aptitude, strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
- Prior experience in a technical leadership position is a plus
- Analytical mind with a business awareness
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
